beware

i'm officially past it. well obviously i was past it way long ago but you know what i mean. i've got very keen on neil diamond so i must be. very keen. it's like punk never happened.
neil diamond - sweet caroline

neil diamond - shilo

i wouldn't listen to these if i were you - you'll start thinking about a nice glass of sherry and turning the heating up and that those cardies in m&s were actually quite nice...

Neils OK - It's when you start thinking Dire Straits aren't so bad after all - that it's game over.

Have you seen Elvis doing Sweet Caroline - it's right here and well worth a peep

judging by the cover isn't this an example of "smock rock"

oh swoon ... Neil Diamond has been known to singe my leather fringe on more than one occasion!

He looked so gorgeous on those old album covers eg. "Tap Root Manuscript" *sigh*

I've a soft spot for Neil D courtesy of him being my dad's favourite.

Indeed, Sweet Caroline is my karaoke speciality.

Now you should note that I can't sing, so its done entirely for comedic effect to get a crowd sing-a-long going. For instance, I have some moves that accompany the line 'Touching meeeeeee, touching yoooooooooooooouuuuuuuu'

I'll apologise now to all of Neil's fans for all past and future butcherings that I will inflict on the song...

I can manage Neil Diamond only after copious amounts of sherry. By which I mean a gallon. Or three.

Neil Diamond is Ok... once saw Shane McGowan do an absolutely superb (i.e drunk) cover of 'Cracklin' Rosie' live
